Store manager:
A store manager has overall responsibility for the management of the store. We give a (relatively) free reign with recruitment, merchandising and window dressing and are always at hand if you need extra support.
If you are looking for an administrative, office based role where you spend your days number crunching this is not the Company for you. We do not have offices in our stores: our managers spend their time on the shop floor with their staff and more importantly their customers.
We believe the most difficult part of management is man-management. We are therefore looking for managers experienced in recruiting, training and driving their team. If you thrive in a sales-driven, customer focused environment and like nothing more than the buzz from finding a customer their perfect outfit, beating your sales target or telling a member of staff they are ready for promotion then we would love to hear from you.
Assistant Manager:
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the store in the absence of the manager. You therefore need to be experienced in all aspects of running a store, from deploying staff to merchandising after a delivery to maintaining Health and Safety standards.

We are looking for people who will make a Store Managers position within 12-24 months. If you have the ambition and motivation to reach the top, thrive in a sales-driven, customer focused environment and like nothing more than the buzz from finding a customer their perfect outfit then we would love to hear from you. Please note: we would only consider applicants for an Assistant Managers position who have prior experience in leading a team.
Management Trainee / Supervisor
A Management Trainee / Supervisor’s role is designed for someone taking their first steps into management. We believe anyone can run a shop but not everyone can manage one! Your first couple of weeks will be spent teaching you the processes of running a shop, thereafter the management training begins. There is no structured programme as everyone learns at their own pace and what is natural to one person may be very difficult for another.
Applicants come from two backgrounds:
· Someone who has an established retail background with some keyholding experience
· A recent graduate with work experience throughout University and some retail experience
