West One is a privately owned fashion retailer and was founded as a family business. We like to see our staff as an extension of that family and because of this ethos you, as an employee, will find yourself far more involved in the running and decision making process of the company than in many other faceless fashion companies on the high street. The staff enjoy a closeness and family atmosphere that is lacking in many companies today. Everyone in the company has direct contact to the owners so your voice will always be heard. The staff in each store choose their own uniforms, merchandise the stores and are actively encouraged to make suggestions on what styles they want to see and how their branch could be run more effectively.

Every employee at West One is given detailed training on different areas of the business including sales, security, merchandising and of course customer service.

All our staff are entitled to a 35% uncapped staff discount on everything in the shop (excluding sale stock) from shoes and jewellry to clothes, bags and coats. Best of all as a thank you this uncapped bonus rises to 50%when you have been with us for 18 months!!!!
West One is looking for people who have real skills that we can nurture and develop. If you have a degree or some fashion qualifications great but here it is not required. Our recruitment is based on the skills and potential you either have or could acquire.
