RETURNS

 

We hope you love each and every West One purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 21 days in the following ways 

 

1.     Return items to any West One Store

2.     Return items via the Post Office

 

Please note that all returns must be in a saleable condition and undamaged with the original tickets still intact.

 

Returns at any West One store

  • As long as it is within our goodwill policy guidelines, simply take the receipt attached to your despatch note along with the product you wish to return or exchange to your nearest store and inform the sales assistant you bought it online. The assistant will be happy to either process your refund via the original payment method, or help you find an alternative product.
  • Refunds, exchanges or replacements can only be made inline with our Refunds / Exchanges policy.

 

Returns via the Post Office

 

Package the item up carefully for return to the address below.

  • Ask for a Certificate of Posting at the post office for all returns. Keep this in a safe place with the remaining part of the Despatch Note until you have received your refund as it is your proof of postage in the event of the goods being lost in transit.
  • Make sure that the Certificate of Posting has the West One Returns address on it.
  • Allow up to ten days for your goods to reach us and a further 10 to process your refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed on full price items returned within 21 days; we are unable to offer refunds on sale goods or offer credit notes via online returns.
  • All refunds will be made back to the payment card used to pay for the original order.
  • We will let you know by email when your refund has been processed.

 

Exchange Policy

 

We only offer exchanges in our stores. We do not offer an exchange service by post. If you would like an alternative item or size, and cannot make it to one of our stores, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) which you would like. We will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy.

Returning Sale/Reduced Goods

Please make sure you are happy with any reduced price merchandise prior to purchase as we do not refund on sale (or reduced) items. We will, however, exchange sale (or reduced) items in any of our stores. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sold, with your receipt within 10 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
